Royauté Hair Collection maintains a high level of quality assurance. Our products undergo a thorough quality assurance process to ensure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to ensure our Clients are completely satisfied with their purchase.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. According to Federal Law, human hair products that have been used cannot be returned. This includes unraveling the hair from the bundle and trying it on. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and Federal Law.
We pride ourselves in providing quality products; therefore we stand behind them. If you have received any product that is incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days from the date of confirmed receipt. If you feel you have received a defective item(s), you must contact us within 7 calendar days from the date of confirmed receipt.
No refunds will be permitted. If an incorrect product was sent to you we will send you a return label for the merchandise you received. Once we have received it back we will send an immediate replacement containing the correct product.
Please note – Perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft or other processing of the hair VOIDS the Product Exchange Policy. If Royauté Hair Collection verifies and agrees that the product is defective in any way, we will gladly exchange or replace the item.
If a product selection is made in exchange of a greater value than the original product purchase, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the item. Royauté Hair Collection will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged/new item to the customer via ground shipping. If Royauté Hair Collection does not validate the product defect issue, we will return the item in question to the client and no exchange of product will take place.
